Sleep Is The Cheapest Supplement You Are Not Taking

You cannot out-train, out-eat, or out-supplement a sleep debt. Six hours and under, the body interprets training as injury.

Eight is the floor for trainees. Not seven, not "around seven". Sleep is when adaptation happens; everything else is just stimulus.

If you train hard and sleep poorly, you are paying full price for partial results.
